What are the characteristics of fluororubber O-rings?

Update:30-08-2022
Summary:

Fluorine rubber O-ring is one of the common O-rings at […]

Fluorine rubber O-ring is one of the common O-rings at present, and its excellent temperature resistance and corrosion resistance have been widely used. How much high temperature can the fluororubber O-ring withstand? How is the pressure resistance?

Heat resistance: -25~280℃. Some special perfluoroplastics can be used at 300°C.
Hardness: 50-85 degrees, the general hardness is 70 degrees.
Color: ready. Generally speaking, black is the common fluorine rubber O-ring.
Pressure: 10-20Mpa.

Application areas: suitable for various key vehicles, electronics, aerospace, ships, metallurgy, machinery and other working environments with high precision, heat resistance and high wear resistance.

Applicable materials: fuel oil, engine oil, organic solution, concentrated acid, strong bismuth wetting agent, grease, fuel oil, synthetic oil, etc.

Materials not suitable for use: Brake fluid. Macrolide. Low lipid and phosphate blend.

The main features of fluorine rubber are heat resistance and solvent corrosion resistance, good aging resistance and ozone resistance, and low water permeability. It has particularly good abrasion resistance even under very extreme working conditions. Fluorine rubber can withstand the working temperature of +200 degrees or below and can also work under oil-free parts in a short time.
