What is the function of the dust ring in the seal?

The dust-proof ring has a high dust-removal scraping and dusting function in the seal. When the piston rod returns, a thin residual oil film will be left on the shaft surface. The dust-scraping lip is designed in a special way, which can reliably scrape outside the boundary. The stolen goods, but the remaining oil film can still be retained on the piston rod, because this is required to ensure normal work. Radial compression is sufficient to remove attached particles and moisture. The dust scraping lip inside it is designed to still have a certain sealing ability under low pressure. Its static sealing is achieved by the tight radial fit between the dust-proof ring body and the groove.
